Platform Data: When you connect your Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce accounts, we access sales data, inventory levels, advertising metrics, account health indicators, product listings, reviews, and order information through authorized APIs.
Integration Data: Data from connected third-party tools including QuickBooks, ShipStation, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Stripe, and other services you authorize.
Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, features used, pages visited, and session information.
Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and operating system.
We use your information to: deliver and improve our AI-powered Services; provide account monitoring, profit analytics, PPC optimization, and other features; generate AI-driven insights and recommendations through our agent system; process payments and manage your subscription; communicate service updates, alerts, and support; comply with legal obligations; and develop and improve our algorithms and models.
Our Services use artificial intelligence, including Claude by Anthropic, to analyze your commerce data and generate insights. Your data is processed by our AI agents to deliver features such as Account Guardian risk monitoring, PPC optimization, inventory forecasting, and pricing intelligence. AI processing occurs on secure infrastructure and your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: authorized third-party service providers who assist in delivering our Services; payment processors for billing purposes; analytics providers to improve our platform; and law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
